If you change your mind before we dispatch your goods, we will happily cancel your order and give you a full refund. However, when it comes to returns we would like to offer a 30 days refund policy like some other stores do, though in reality this essentially means the returned item will end up as landfill. Unfortunately we believe that by promoting a 'no reason' return policy, we are encouraging and contributing to an unsustainable practice. If you fall outside the 'change of mind' category and believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we will assist you. Please keep in mind we treat this on a case-by-case basis and please contact us before returning any item so we can provide you with a Return Track Number (RTN). We will not accept any items without a RTN.
