We have been reading and watching a lot about sex of late. As you know this can be 'HARD' work, but the things we have found interesting we will be sharing with you. So today is all about the 'Sensate Focusing' which is a sexercise routine developed by Masters and Johnston. The idea is that you explore each others body, without focusing on achieving an orgasm. The sexcerise includes 3 main stages:
The first is all about touch, smell and taste. At this point no breasts or genitalia are included. Here you should explore the so called 'non-penis' aspect of sex.
The following stage adds breasts to the mix, but still no genitals are allowed.
Lastly the genitals are added to the game and finally used for intercourse.
This therapy is still in use nowadays to treat erectile dysfunction, especially when the condition appears to be anxiety related. As many of us men know, the more you think about the less likely you are to get it up. The technique is successful as it changes the focus from being just about the penis to being about the whole body. We highly recommend trying this at home.
