It's a question that many of us have asked ourselves a multitude of times. Am I putting out enough or I am getting enough? Well, thanks to the release of a research paper by the Kinsey Institute, we now have the numbers. They have fortunately made things easy by separating this into different age groups. Not surprisingly, the youngest group, the 18-29 years old being at the 'Top of the Pops.'
18-29 years old = 112 times a year
30-39 years old= 86 times a year
40-49 years old = 69 times a year
So whether you're 'normal' or you're 24 and humping as much as a 44 year old, don't get too hung up on these figures, as they are just that: averages. Take Melbourne's average annual maximum temperature of 19.9 Celsius as an example. When last week it was 42 degrees, there was nothing average about that, it was just plain f**king hot! Just like sex can be sometimes too.
What seems to be missing here is the age groups after 49+. We are not sure why they weren't included, but we are more interested to know what to expect when we're over 70 than what we are getting now, particularly whether others will be interested in joining in.
